If you are requesting service for a filter change, please provide us with 2-4 possible time slots when you will be available. We schedule routine filter changes 2-3 weeks out (you are given a 1 month cushion for your convenience, from the time you receive your reminder postcard, to your FC due date). We request a 3-4 hour window for residential appointments.
